Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly a nickel-based superalloy strengthened by aging with the γ"[Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980°C, high strength below 800°C, and good stress relaxation resistance below 540°C. At the same time, it also has good formability and weldability. Application fields: Its mechanical properties vary depending on different heat treatment processes. This alloy is mainly used to manufacture ring-shaped parts, structural parts, bolts and other components in aero engines that work below 800°C and require high strength and corrosion resistance. It is also used to make planar springs and helical springs such as planar wave springs, circumferential helical springs, helical compression springs, spring retainers, and sealing rings that work below 540°C under medium or low stress and require stress relaxation resistance. It can also be used to manufacture parts such as turbine blades of steam turbines. The alloy can be welded in various ways after solution treatment. The heat treatment of parts should be carried out in a sulfur-free neutral or reducing atmosphere to avoid curing. Parts should be prevented from undergoing thermal and cold treatment between 870°C and 650°C. For large-section parts, to prevent cracking, they should be cooled in air after solution treatment. It is mainly used as pressure vessels in light water reactors, pressurized water power reactors, and as impellers, blades, bolts and other fasteners of gas turbines. It is also used in aerospace components.
