GH3039 capillary tubes, made from a nickel-chromium-iron superalloy (22% Cr, 18% Fe), are designed for high-temperature reducing environments. They offer exceptional resistance to carburization and thermal fatigue, making them ideal for precision fluid control.

Key Features:

• Carburization Resistance: Ductile after 1000h at 900°C in carburizing atmospheres.
• Thermal Fatigue Resistance: Withstands 7,000+ thermal cycles between 20°C and 950°C.
• Creep Strength: Retains 80% of room temperature tensile strength at 850°C.
• Precision Fabrication: Inner diameters as small as 0.25 mm with ±0.004 mm tolerance.

Performance Advantages:

• Thermal Cycling: 2x longer service life than Incoloy 800H.
• Corrosion Resistance: <0.1 mm penetration after 1000h in 50% CO-50% H at 900°C.
