Hastelloy C-276 seamless tubes represent the pinnacle of nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy engineering, specifically designed to withstand the most aggressive corrosive environments. As a member of the Ni-Mo-Cr-Fe-W family, this superalloy combines exceptional resistance to both oxidizing and reducing media with superior mechanical integrity in extreme conditions.Our tubes undergo triple-stage solution annealing (1121°C±10°C) with inert gas quenching to eliminate σ-phase precipitation. 
 

Key Features:

• Multi-Phase Corrosion Resistance: Excels in wet chlorine, hypochlorite, chlorinated solvents, and acidic salt solutions. Maintains stability in 10% sulfuric acid up to 95°C.

• Pitting & Crevice Immunity: 15.5% Mo and 16% Cr content create an impenetrable passive layer against localized corrosion (ASTM G48 testing confirms <0.1mm/year erosion).

• Thermal Process Stability: Maintains tensile strength (≥690 MPa) and yield strength (≥283 MPa) across -196°C to 1040°C operating range.

• Fabrication Advantages: Cold-workable structure with 40% minimum elongation allows precision tube drawing down to 0.3mm ID.
