Material Properties
-High-temperature Performance: By adding carbon, aluminum, and titanium elements and undergoing annealing treatment, this alloy has high creep and fracture properties above 600°C, and its performance is stable in extremely high-temperature aqueous media up to 500°C.
- Corrosion Resistance- A relatively high nickel content endows it with good resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
- A high chromium content gives it excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion cracking.
- It can withstand the corrosion of organic acids, and also has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. - Processing Performance:It can be processed by conventional processing methods and has good weldability.
- Physical Properties- The density is approximately 8.0 g/cm³.
- The melting point ranges from 1350 to 1400°C. - It has good thermal conductivity, a relatively low average coefficient of linear expansion, and good elastic modulus.
Application Fields
