Material Properties
-High-temperature Performance: By adding carbon, aluminum, and titanium elements and undergoing annealing treatment, this alloy has high creep and fracture properties above 600°C, and its performance is stable in extremely high-temperature aqueous media up to 500°C.
- Corrosion Resistance- A relatively high nickel content endows it with good resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
- A high chromium content gives it excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion cracking. - It can withstand the corrosion of organic acids, and also has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. - Processing Performance:It can be processed by conventional processing methods and has good weldability. - Physical Properties- The density is approximately 8.0 g/cm³. - The melting point ranges from 1350 to 1400°C. - It has good thermal conductivity, a relatively low average coefficient of linear expansion, and good elastic modulus.
Application Fields - Petrochemical Industry: Applied in high-temperature and high-pressure processes such as hydrogen production, aromatics reforming, and catalytic cracking, and used for manufacturing reactors, heat exchangers, pipelines, distillation columns, steam generators, etc. - Nuclear Energy: Used for steam generators of nuclear power plant reactors, reactor pressure vessels, high-temperature pipelines, and boiler components, etc. - Aerospace: Used for manufacturing high-temperature components such as spacecraft engines and combustion chambers. - Electric Power: Used for high-temperature heaters, crude oil heaters, and steam generators, etc. - Food Processing: Used in some links where food needs to be processed at high temperatures. - Other Fields: With the development of technology, it is also applied in fields such as high-end electronic devices.
